Thesis:

EU Democratic Deficit and the Transnational Civic Culture: a Theoretical Approach


Petar is a PhD candidate in the GEM PhD School, Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorate on Globalization, the EU and Multilateralism based at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and with expectations to attend the Department of Political Science at LUISS University in Rome and Boston University over the following three years.

Petar has worked as teaching assistant at the Humanistic Studies of the Univeristy of Donja Gorica in Montenegro, as project manager at the Centre for European Integration of the Belgrade Open School and has founded and contributed to the development of several NGOs. His research interests include political theory, European studies and moral philosophy.

Academic Degrees

Petar holds an LLM degree in European Integration from the Faculty of Law  and a BA from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade, Serbia.
